用活性炭脱除石脑油中氯化物

摘要:
以济南炼油厂石脑油为原料,利用水洗法对石脑油中的氯化物进行界定。利用气相色谱仪对石脑油中的氯化 物进行定性,用微库仑分析仪定量,然后用活性炭作为吸附剂对石脑油中的氯化物进行吸附脱除实验。结果表明: 济南炼油厂石脑油中的氯化物以有机氯化物的形式存在,主要是氯仿、1,2-二氣乙烷及四氯化碳等;温度是影响活性 炭吸附脱除石脑油中氯化物的主要因素,温度为100-SOOt时,随着温度的上升,活性炭对石脑油中氣化物的脱除 率提高;在液时空速为5 IT1,温度为300 °C时,活性炭对石脑油中氯化物的脱除率达到了 89.8%,石脑油中氯化物 的残留量为4.4 mg ? L-',满足工业生产中油品氯含量的工艺指标要求。

Abstract:
Choosing naphtha from Jinan oil refinery as raw material,the water-washing method was used to define chlorides. The gas chromatography was used to do their qualitative analysis, and the microcoulomb method was used to determine their quantification. The active carbon was chosen as adsorbent to remove the chlorides in the naphtha by absorption. The results show that the chlorides in the naphtha from Jinan oil refinery mostly exist in the form of organic chlorides,噼hich are chloroform, 1,2-dichJoroethane, carbon tetrachloride. Temperature is the main factor affecting active carbon in removing the chlorides of the naphtha by absorption at 100 一 300 X,, with temperature rising, removal rate of chlorides in naphtha increases. When the space velocity of liquid is 5 h_l, temperature is 300 X , removal rate of chlorides in the naphtha is up to 89.8%,residual amount of chlorides in the naphtha is 4.4 mg L"1, which satisfied the technical index demand of chlorine content in the industrial production.
