桦甸油页岩的酸洗脱灰

摘要:
以吉林省桦甸市油页岩为研究对象、以正交试验为基础设计试验流程,采用酸洗化学脱灰方法对油页岩脱灰 工艺进行优化,得出最佧酸洗脱灰工况,在此基础上考察油页岩粒度和固液比对油页岩脱灰的影响。结果表明:在 优化出的最佳脱灰工况下,矿物质脱除率高达92. 27%;大颗粒页岩脱灰效果较好,当固液比达到1: 8.75 g/tnL时, 脱灰率逐渐趋于平衡状态;油页岩经酸洗脱灰后热解速度明显加快,脱灰过程中孔隙比表面积的增大对热解的促进 作用明显强于矿物成分对热解的促进作用。

Acid treatment de-ashing of Huadian oil shale

Abstract:
Taking Jilin Huadian oil shale as an example, experimental process was designed based on the orthogonal experiments. A profound study on the removal of mineral in oil shale was made by means of acid-type chemical solution process. The conditions of removing mineral were optimized, and the effects of the particle size of oil shale samples and the solid-liquid ratio on removing mineral were examined. The results show that the removal rate of mineral is up to 92. 27% under the optimum conditions. There is a better effect for large particle shale, and .when solid-liquid ratio is 1 : 8.75 g/ml, the removal rate gradually tends to equilibrium state. The pyrolysis rate of oil shale treated by acid-type chemical solution process is remarkably improved, and this promoting effect of the increase of porosity and specific surface area on pyrolysis in removing mineral is stronger than that of mineral composition.
