蒸汽喷射泵举升稠油参数设计

摘要:
应用气液两相流理论与传热学原理,建立了蒸汽喷射泵采油井井筒和油套环空中流体流动及传热耦合模型, 以渐缩式喷嘴中蒸汽流动规律为基础,建立了以湿饱和蒸汽为动力液的喷射泵举升特性方程,应用节点分析方法, 以井下喷射泵出口为求解点,形成了一套完整的蒸汽喷射泵采油工艺参数设计方法。计算结果表明:喷嘴喉管面积 比相同时,引射系数增大,泵排出口压力降低;引射系数相同,减小面积比,泵排出口压力降低。

Parameter design for lifting heavy oil by steam jet pump

Abstract:
According to gas-liquid two-phase flow theory and heat transfer principle, a flow and heat tmnsfer coupled model considering the simultaneous flow in welibore and annulus space was derived. Based on the flowing laws of steam in convergent nozzle, a calculation model for lifting characteristics of steam jet pump was established, and the wet saturated steam was taken as power fluid. Using node analysis method, these two models were jointed to form a complete parameter design method for lifting heavy oil technology by steam jet pump. The numerical results indicate that at the same nozzle-throat area ratio,the greater the ejecting coefficient is, the lower the outlet pressure of the pump is, and when the area ratio becomes smaller, the pump outlet pressure becomes smaller accordingly with the same ejecting coefficient.
