摘要: |
针对井下杆管柱的轴向力测量受多种外力影响而精度不高的问题,基于应力应变的叠加原理,提出拉弯扭多载荷作用下的应变模型和相应的圆台变形体,并给出由总应变计算分应变、分载荷的方法;制作径向加载装置,开展仿真试验和室内压弯组合试验。结果表明:单载荷作用下各研究点处的应变具有较好线性关系,应变模型的相对误差低于0.23%,分载荷计算值是准确的,其相对误差低于10%;此研究有助于杆管柱的寿命预测,避免井下杆管柱的断裂、密封失效等事故。 |

Aiming at the problem of low accuracy in measuring the axial force of down-hole rods and pipes under various external forces, based on the superposition principle of stress and strain, a strain model and corresponding circular deformation body under multiple loads of tension, bending, and torsion were proposed. The method for calculating strain and loads based on total strain was provided. Simulation experiments and indoor compression and bending composite experiments were conducted using the manufactured radial loading device. The results show that there is a linear relationship between the strain at various target points with a single load. The strain model under multiple loads is sufficiently accurate, with a relative error of less than 0.23%. The calculation value of the partial load is sufficiently accurate with a relative error less than 10%. It is helpful in predicting the service life of down-hole rods and pipes, and avoiding such accidents as fracture and sealing failure. |
