    摘要:

    普通乳化沥青黏结强度不足,无法满足预防性养护或冷拌冷铺的要求,采用先改性后乳化的方式制备SBS改性乳化沥青(SBS-Emu),考察SBS改性剂、活化交联剂、乳化剂和乳液稳定剂掺量对SBS-Emu贮存稳定性、粒度和基于乳化沥青性能分级(EPG)体系路用性能的影响。结果表明:SBS-Emu的贮存稳定性随SBS掺量(质量分数)的增加而变差,随乳液稳定剂和乳化剂掺量的增加而变好;交联活化剂在一定范围内能够提高SBS-Emu的贮存稳定性;随着SBS掺量的提高,SBS-Emu的高温性能和低温性能均提高;交联活化剂在一定掺量范围内可以改善SBS-Emu的高温性能和低温性能,其中掺量为1.5%时高温性能最佳,掺量为1.0%时低温性能最佳; 随着乳化剂用量增加,SBS-Emu的低温性能提升,掺量过高对高温性能影响不利;乳液稳定剂对SBS-Emu的高温性能和低温性能影响均较小。

    Abstract:

    The bonding strength of ordinary emulsified asphalt is insufficient to meet the requirements of preventive maintenance or cold mixing and cold paving. SBS modified emulsified asphalt ( SBS-Emu ) was prepared by modifying first and then emulsifying. The effects of SBS modifier, activated cross-linker, emulsifier and stabilizer content on SBS-Emu storage stability, particle size distribution and road performance based on emulsified asphalt performance graded (EPG) system were investigated. The results show that the storage stability of SBS-Emu deteriorates with the increase of SBS content and becomes better with the increase of emulsion stabilizer and emulsifiers content. Activated cross-linkers can improve the storage stability of emulsified asphalt within certain limits. The high-temperature performance and low-temperature performance of SBS-Emu increases with the increase of SBS content. Crosslinking stabilizers can improve the high-temperature performance and low-temperature performance of SBS-Emu in a certain concentration range. The high temperature performance is the best when the content is 1.5%, and the low temperature performance is the best when the content is 1.0%. The low temperature performance of SBS-Emu is improved with increasing emulsifier content, and the excessive content is unfavorable to the high temperature performance. Emulsion stabilizer has little effect on the high temperature performance and low temperature performance of SBS-Emu.
