    套管下入遇阻是一个常见而危险的复杂情况。套管的本体外径大,管壁薄,刚度大,曲率较大或任何不规则的井筒都有可能造成其下入遇阻,尤其在套管环空间隙较小时,情况更为复杂。在实际工程作业中,常采用通井底部钻具组合(bottom hole assembly, BHA)来修正井眼,光滑井壁,为套管柱顺利下入做准备,因此通井BHA结构是否合理直接影响通井效果。提出一种新的通井BHA设计和评价方法,首先建立通井BHA和套管柱三维静力学模型;然后根据连续性条件和边界条件,基于加权余量法,求解通井BHA和套管柱在实际井筒中的空间构形,计算并对比相同长度的通井BHA和套管柱的变形能;最后形成基于等效刚度的通井BHA评价方法,实现通井BHA设计。结果表明,对于小尺寸井眼,合理的通井BHA一般具有较好通井效果,但对于井眼尺寸较大而套管-井筒间隙较小的情况,通井BHA的通井效果较差,需要通过扩眼器进行扩眼作业。

    Abstract:

    Casing used in oil and gas wells is usually of large outer diameter, thin pipe wall and high stiffness, which can make its running down operation very difficult and complex with unexpected obstructions. Especially, when the casing annulus clearance is small, large borehole curvature or any irregular wellbore may cause high running resistance, making the casing running operation more complicated. In field practice, a tripping bottom hole assembly(BHA)is often used to correct the wellbore, smooth the borehole wall, and prepare for a smooth running of the casing string. The design and structure of the tripping BHA are important for its function and performance. In this study, a new design and evaluation method of the tripping BHA was proposed. Firstly, a static model of the tripping BHA and casing string was established. Then, according to continuity and boundary conditions, the spatial configuration of the tripping BHA and casing string in actual wellbore was figured out based on a weighted residual method, and the deformation energy of the tripping BHA and casing string with the same length was calculated and compared. Finally, an evaluation method of the tripping BHA based on equivalent stiffness was formulated to realize the design of a new tripping BHA. The results show that a reasonable tripping BHA should have a good operation effect for small hole size, but for a well with large hole size and small casing-wellbore clearance, the tripping BHA may still have a poor operation effect, and therefore it is necessary to use a reamer to enlarging the borehole.
