发泡剂静态泡沫性能综合定量表征参数的构建及应用

摘要:
为进一步完善驱油用发泡剂的静态泡沫性能表征参数,提出用静态泡沫综合定量指数(ISFCQI)表征发泡剂的静态泡沫性能,应用ISFCQI表征一元、二元和三元发泡剂的静态泡沫性能,分析ISFCQI与泡沫驱采收率的相关性。结果表明:ISFCQI可以表征发泡剂的起泡体积、泡沫稳定性、泡沫携液量和泡沫携液稳定性4个静态泡沫性能参数,初步实现用一个参数快速定量表征发泡剂的静态泡沫性能;三元发泡剂的ISFCQI大于二元发泡剂的,二元发泡剂的ISFCQI大于一元发泡剂的;发泡剂的ISFCQI与泡沫驱采收率具有正相关性。

Abstract:
In order to further improve the static foam performance characterization parameters of foaming agent for oil displacement, the static foam comprehensive quantitative index (ISFCQI) was proposed to characterize the static foam performance parameters of foaming agent. The ISFCQI was applied to characterize the static foam properties of the unitary, binary and ternary foaming agents. The relationship between ISFCQI and foam flooding recovery was analyzed as well. The experimental results show that the ISFCQI can be used to characterize the four static foam performance parameters, such as foaming volume, foam stability, foam liquid carrying capacity, and foam liquid carrying stability. This has achieved a quick and quantitative evaluation of static foam performance by using one parameter. It is also found that the ISFCQI of the ternary foaming agent is greater than that of the binary foaming agent, and the ISFCQI of the binary foaming agent is greater than that of the unitary foaming agent. The ISFCQI of foaming agent shows positive correlation with foam flooding recovery.
