晃动对规整填料吸收塔压降影响

摘要:
将内径为600 mm,填装有Mellapak350Y型金属孔板波纹填料的塔固定在可实现6个自由度晃动的平台上,分别进行静止和晃动在不同气速、喷淋密度下对填料层压降影响的试验研究。研究晃动时填料塔整体以及填料层流道内的压力分布规律,对Mellapak350Y型填料分别建立二维、三维的CFD模型,通过添加UDF程序实现模型晃动条件的引入。结果表明:晃动对填料层的整体压降无显著影响,但较大幅度摇摆或摇摆+摇摆耦合晃动在气速较大时会定程度上增大压降;晃动会虚化静止时填料层压降在轴向上的带状分布状态,甚至呈现块状式或区域式分布。

Effect of shaking on pressure drop of structured packing absorption column

Abstract:
An experimental study on the pressure drop in a column of inner diameter 600 mm, packed with Mellapak350Y metal corrugated plate structured packing, is carried out. The column is fixed on a swaying platform, which can achieve six degrees of freedom swaying. We study the influence of the packing pressure drop in the stationary state and shaking state with different gas velocities and different spray densities. The 2D and 3D CFD models based on the Mellapak350Y packing are established, to study the pressure distribution of the packing column and flow path of the packing under the conditions of shaking.In the modeling process, we add the UDF program to achieve the shaking condition of the model. The results show that the shaking has no significant effect on the overall pressure drop of the packing, but the larger pitching or pitching-rolling coupling sloshing will increase the pressure drop to a certain extent when the gas velocity is large. At the same time, the strip distribution of the pressure drop of the packing will be changed in the axial direction, and even demonstrate the form of block or regional distribution.
