自生热泡沫体系调剖机制试验

摘要:
自生热泡沫体系是将化学生热方法和氮气泡沫结合得到双液法调剖体系。设计自生热泡沫体系封堵调剖测量装置用于研究自生热泡沫体系在渗流中的封堵调剖机制。研究表明:自生热泡沫体系阻力因子随渗透率增加而增加,封堵能力约为常规泡沫的两倍;自生热泡沫体系产生的泡沫可以圈闭90%以上的气体,在试验范围内,渗透率越大圈闭气体量越大,最高可达99%;自生热泡沫体系能起到较好的调剖作用,在渗透率级差4~16均能达到分流量反转,级差越大达到均衡反转流动所用时间越长,但调剖效果持续时间增加;以温度上升率比分析得到驱替中温度由高渗占优逐渐向低渗占优转变,渗透率级差越小,转变后持续时间越长,与自生热泡沫体系的调剖分流作用结果一致。

Experimental study on a self-heat generation and foam system for conformance control

Abstract:
Self-heat generation and foam system (SHGF) can have dual effects of in-situ heating and nitrogen foam, which can be effectively applied for conformance control in oil and gas reservoirs. In this study, A experimental apparatus was designed for studying the mechanism of conformance control of the SHGF system. The experimental results show that resistance factor of SHGF increases with the increase of the permeability of sand packs, and its blocking capability is about twice greater than that of regular foams. The foams generated with the SGHF system in the sandpack can trap more than 90% of the gas, and the higher of the permeability, the more gas can be trapped, even up to 99%. The SGHF system is effective for conformance control, in which the reversal of diversion flow can be achieved when the permeability ratio ranges from 4 to 16. The time duration for achieving flow reversal increases with the decrease of permeability ratio and lasts longer. Analysis of temperature distribution indicates that the temperature increase from high permeability zone turns to low permeability zone during the displacement, and the phenomena can last longer with the decrease of the permeability ratio, which is in accordance with the diversion flow rate.
