二组分有机混合物在Winsor Ⅲ型微乳液中的增溶行为

摘要:
以十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为表面活性剂,正丁醇为助表面活性剂,NaCl为无机盐助剂,正己烷、环己烷、甲苯和正辛烷中的两组分为有机物,配制Winsor Ⅲ型微乳液。用气相色谱分析有机混合物中各组分在过剩油相中的分配情况;考察表面活性剂质量分数、NaCl质量分数和有机混合物组成及种类对有机物分配规律的影响。结果表明:在不同的表面活性剂盐度(质量分数)条件下,以正己烷、环己烷、正辛烷和甲苯中的两组分作为有机物配制的Winsor Ⅲ型微乳液,在不同的有机物配比时过剩油相的组成和增溶前油相的组成均存在差异,增溶出现了选择性;微乳液更倾向于增溶弱极性的小分子及摩尔增溶比大的分子;对甲苯-正辛烷微乳体系,盐度的增加和表面活性剂质量分数的降低均可提高微乳液对甲苯增溶的选择性。

Solubilization behavior of binary organic mixtures in Winsor type Ⅲ microemulsions

Abstract:
Winsor type Ⅲ microemulsions were prepared using sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) as surfactant, n-butanol as co-surfactant, NaCl as inorganic salt adjuvants for different organic mixtures (binary mixtures of n-hexane, cyclohexane, toluene or n-octane). The gas chromatography was used to determine the organics content in the excess oil phase of Winsor type Ⅲ microemulsion. The influences of surfactant and NaCl concentrations, as well as the composition of organic mixtures were studied. The results show that the organic compositions in the excess oil phase and in the initial organic mixtures are different at different organic ratios when using binary mixtures of n-hexane, cyclohexane, toluene or n-octane to prepare the Winsor type Ⅲ microemulsions at different surfactant concentrations (or mass ratios), which means the selectivity exists during solubilization. It is also found that smaller molecules having a slight polarity and those having higher molar solubilization ratio are preferentially solubilized. For the toluene-octane microemulsion systems, the increase of salinity and decrease of surfactant concentration can both benefit the solubilizing selectivity of toluene.
