醇胺法碳捕集工艺解吸塔能耗分析

摘要:
解吸塔的能耗是评价醇胺法的重要技术指标。针对解吸塔反应精馏的特点,在MESH方程(质量平衡方程、相平衡方程、摩尔分数归一化方程、能量平衡方程)中加入反应项建立平衡级静态模型,得到与再生能耗相关的直接因素,定性分析这些因素对再生能耗的影响。结果表明,再生能耗主要集中在解吸塔内升温吸热和解吸化学吸热过程,且MEA浓度、塔底压力等参数对能耗也有较大影响。

Energy consumption analysis of desorption column in amine-based CO2 capture process

Abstract:
The energy consumption of the desorption column is an important technical index to evaluate this capture technology. According to the characteristics of reactive distillation of desorption column, reaction terms were joined in the MESH equations to establish a equilibrium-level static model. The main parameters directly related to the regeneration energy consumption were found out through analyzing the model. Then, the relationship between the regeneration energy consumption and the parameters was analyzed. The analysis shows that the regeneration energy consumption is mainly concentrated in the sensible heat of rich liquid and the desorption chemical heat. The MEA concentration and bottom pressure also have a great effect on energy consumption.
