自聚剂控制支撑剂回流技术研究

摘要:
针对水力压裂后支撑剂回流的问题提出一种基于降低支撑剂颗粒表面Zeta电位的支撑剂自聚处理技术,实现控制支撑剂回流。从自聚剂改性支撑剂的自聚性、再聚性及自洁性对其聚砂性进行评价,从支撑剂聚集体的流速敏感性和人工岩心的抗压强度验证改性支撑剂的自聚强度。结果表明:当流速为80 mL/min时,流动压差降低63.95%;80 ℃条件下制备的人工岩心抗压强度可达2.36 MPa;30 MPa的闭合压力下裂缝最大无砂流速增大96.51%;聚集体自身的抗压强度和再聚性可阻止粉砂运移,裂缝导流能力得到明显改善,平均提高96.48%。

Study of proppant flowback control by self-aggregating agent

Abstract:
Due to the proppant flowbak after hydraulic fracturing, a processing technology of self-aggregating proppant was proposed on the basis of reducing the Zeta potential of the proppant particles. The comprehensive evaluation was conducted in terms of the self-aggregating property, reaggregating property, and self-cleaning property of the modified proppant. The self-aggregating strength of the proppant congeries was evaluated through the velocity sensitivity testing and the compressive strength of artificial cores. It is found that the differential pressure is reduced by 63.95% when the flow rate is 80 mL/min. And the compressive strength of the proppant sand column prepared at 80 ℃ is 2.36 MPa. Also the maximum sand free flow rate is increased by 96.51% under the closure stress of 30 MPa. It is considered that the compressive strength of the proppant congeries, as well as the reaggregating property of the coated particles can prevent the migration of the crushed fines, through which the fracture conductivity is significantly improved by an average of 96.48%.
