利用结构方程模型(SEM)分析石化园区升级到生态工业园的发展壁垒。结果表明:实现石化工业园区升级,提高能源资源利用率(效应系数为0.710),本质上就是减少废物排放(效应系数为0.395);石化工业园区升级到生态工业园的最大壁垒为技术壁垒(影响度3.197),其次为意识与信息壁垒(影响度2.273)和企业运营壁垒(影响度2.118);三个主要壁垒的路径依赖关系为意识与信息壁垒(效应系数0.542)→技术壁垒(效应系数0.502)→企业运营壁垒。 |

Upgrad barriers analysis of petrochemical park in China |

Abstract: |
The influential barriers that petrochemical park in China was upgraded to the eco-industrial park were analyzed by the structural equation model. The results show that the essence of achieving the upgrade and improve the utilization of energy and resource is to reduce waste emissions. The effect coefficients are 0.710and 0.395respectively. And the main barriers are technology barriers (the influence is 3.197), business operation barriers (the influence is 2.273) and awareness and information barriers (the influence is 2.118). The path dependency among the three barriers is awareness and information barriers(the effect coefficient is 0.542)→technology barriers(the effect coefficient is 0.502)→business operation barriers. |
