基于谐波小波分析的管道小泄漏诊断方法

摘要:
在长输管道泄漏诊断过程中,复杂噪声背景下的管道小泄漏信号往往难以检测,更无法准确提取小泄漏负压 波信号拐点进行泄漏点定位,为此提出基于谐波小波分析技术的小泄漏信号识别与负《波拐点准确提取方法。介 绍r谐波小波分析的基本原理及其快速算法,利用谐波小波时频图、时频等卨线w以及时频剖面图挖掘管道泄漏敏 感特征,准确提取负压波拐点,实现了对长输管线小泄漏的故障诊断。现场采集复杂噪声背景下的输油管道小泄漏 信号,分别采用Daubechies小波与谐波小波进行分析对比。试验结果表明,谐波小波泄漏检测法在噪声干扰下对小 泄漏信号识别的准确率较高,为长输管道安全输送提供了可靠的保障。

Small leakage detection of long distance pipeline based on harmonic wavelet analysis

Abstract:
In leakage detection of the long distance pipeline, small signals can be difficult to detect precisely under complicated noise background. Additionally the inflection points of negative pressure waves are even harder lo accurately extract. A practical method based on harmonic wavelet analysis was used. This method is to identify small leakage signals,as well as to extract inflection point of negative pressure waves. The basic principles and fast algorithm were presented. In order to diagnose small leakages of long distance pipelines, sensitive leaking characteristics were recognized, the inflection points of negative pressure waves were accurately extracted by using the harmonic wavelet analysis. The analysis is expressed in terms of harmonic wavelet time-frequency map,time-frequency contour map and time-frequency profile plot. In the practical experiment, the small leakage signals were obtained from field under complicated noise background. The comparative results from both Daubechies wavelet and harmonic wavelet analysis show that using harmonic wavelet method to diagnose small leakages is more accurate than other wavelets analysis such as Daubechies wavelet. This analysis can be reliable and can further provide a safe guarantee for oil and gas long distance transportation.
