催化裂化油浆合成沥青树脂的反应性能

摘要:
采用溶剂萃取对催化裂化油浆进行了芳烃富集,并分别以油浆和富芳烃组分为原料合成了沥青树脂。利用族 组成分析和FT-IRjH-NMR^C-NMR测试对比了催化裂化油浆芳烃富集前后的原料组成差别,通过合成B阶沥青 树脂的反应差异考察了催化裂化油浆的反应性能。结果表明,催化裂化油浆中饱和分的含量较高,均匀性差;而溶 剂萃取后的催化裂化油浆富芳烃组分芳烃含量较高,均匀性较好。溶剂富集芳烃提高了催化裂化油浆的反应性能。

Reactivity of FCC slurry for synthesizing pitch resin

Abstract:
Aromatic-enriched components were obtained from FCC slurry by means of solvent extraction. Both original FCC slurry and aromatic-enriched components were employed to synthesize pitch resin. The properties of raw materials were analyzed using group composition analysis, infrared spectrum and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum method. The reactivity of FCC slurry to synthesize B-stage pitch resin was investigated through the synthesis of pitch resin. The results show that the concentration of saturates in original FCC slurry is higher than aromatic-enriched components, the homogeneity is bad and the composition of FCC slurry is complex. The reactivity of raw materials was greatly improved after solvent extraction.
