采用传统的工艺成形钛合金比较困难,因而探索钛合金板材成形的新工艺和新技术具有十分重要的意义。利 用激光冲击波技术对钛合金板料进行了成形试验,所采用的激光波长为1.064 jim,脉宽约23仙,能童35 J左右,有 效光斑直径为8脉冲的重复率为0,5 Hz.探讨了激光连续冲击条件下板料成形深度、成形轮廓与激光参数、约束边界条件和冲击路径之间的变化规律。研究结果表明,激光冲击路径不同,产生的最大变形量不同;受冲击区域 表面光洁度有明显提高;随激光冲击次数的增加,板料塑性变形越大,成形深度越深。 |
