水套炉的参数优化及自耗气降低技术研究

摘要:
在集气工艺流程中设置水套炉是为了防止天然气节流降压时形成的水合物堵塞管道。由于现场操作水平较 低,为防止水合物形成,水套炉出口的温度通常比水合物形成的最高温度高出很多,增加了水套炉的自耗气。通过 对水套炉的研究,建立了一套计算水套炉合理加热温度和自耗气量的模型,利用该模型,对中原油田所有水套炉的 运行情况进行了计算与分析,确定了不同季节的开启方案、需要的加热温度以及每年的fi耗气量Q结果表明,该方 案不仅可以降低水套炉的自耗气,而且可以降低分离器的操作温度,从而达到降低烃露点和水露点、减少集气管线 内的积液暈、提高管输效率.降低清管次数、提高经济效益的目的。

Abstract:
The main function of fluid-jacket heater in the gas accumulating flow is to prevent the hydrate that forme in the throttle choking the pipeline when pressure drop of natural gas appears. Because of low operating level of field, the exit temperature of fluid-jacket heater is much higher than the highest formation temperature of hydrate to prevent the forming of hydrate. But it could waste a lot of heat energy and consequently increase the gas consumption of the fluid-jacket heater, A set of methods and models were esiablished, which are used to calculate the reasonable heating temperature of fluid-jacket heater and the quantity of gas consumption. The operation of all fluid-jacket heater in Zhcngyuan Oilfield was calculaied and. analyzed. Running schemes of vary season多,the heating temperature required and gas consumption per year were established. Using this scheme, not only the ga£ consumption of ihe heater but also the operating temperature of the separators can be depressed so that it can depress the hydrate and water dew point, reduce the accumulating condensate in the gas pipelines, improve the efficiency of pipe transmission and reduce the times of cleaning pipe and thus gain much benefit.
