含油污泥热解动力学研究

摘要:
采用热重分析仪对含油污泥在氮气气氛下的热解特性进行实验研究,考察了不同操作参数下污泥的热重曲线 和微分热重曲线。采用微分法对实验数据进行回归拟合,确定污泥热解机理方程,并求出反应动力学活化能和频率 因子。实验结果表明,污泥的有机物热解阶段分为200 - 450 和450 - 900 V ;升温速率对污泥热解影响不明显,升 温速率不同时,每个阶段活化能变化不大,热解第二阶段的活化能小于第一阶段的活化能;污泥的千燥程度对热解 动力学参数影响较小。

Study on pyrolysis kinetics of refineiy oil sludge

Abstract:
The pyroly&is characteristics of oil sludge ivrith the presence of nitrogen were experimentally studied using gravimetric analyzer ( TGA), The TG curves and DTG curves were ex^amined under different operating conditions heating rate and moisture content of oil sludge. The medianism equation of pyrolysis reaction, activation energy (E) quency factor (^4) were obtained bj ubing differential method ta fit experimental data The eicperimetital lesults show that there are two temperature ranges in the organic matter pyrolysis period: 200-450 X, and 450-900 % . The effects of different heating rates were indistinct for pyrolysis . The activation energy in the first period was more than that in the second period The effects of different water contents on E were indistinct.
