井下旋流油气分离器流场数值模拟

摘要:
鉴于现有油气分离器效率较低,为改善高含气井中井下多相混抽泵或电潜泵机组效率低下的问题,选择雷诺 应力模型作为湍流模型,代数滑移混合模型作为多相流模型,对井下水力旋流油气分离器内的两相流场进行了数值 模拟。通过数值计算得到了两相介质等浓度分布图和轴向速度矢量图,并将数值计算结果与同结构的水力旋流油 气分离器样机的室内模拟试验结果进行了对比。研究结果表明,数值计算得到的各种图完全符合已知的旋流器流 场分布规律。水力旋流器经过结构优化设计不仅可以进行井下油气分离,且分离效果较好,适用于较大流量和高含 气率的油井条件。

Numerical simulation of flow Held in downhole hydrocyclone oil-gas separator

Abstract:
As the efficiency of the current oil-gas separators is very low, and to improve the efficiency of downhole multiphase pump or electrical submersible pumping unit in high gas-content wells, the numerical simulation was studied on the two-phase flow in downhole hydpocyclone oil-gas separator. Meanwhile,the Reynolds stress model was chosen as turbulence model and the algebraic slip model was chosen as multiphase flow model. With the numerical calculation,the two phase media equocon-centration distribution map and die axial velocity ventogrph were obtained and proved to completely accord with the flow field distribution in cyckwie- A contrast between the numerical simulated result and the result of pre-industrial prototype which has the same structure was carried on. The results show that the optimized hydrocyclone oil-gas separator not only runs weU but also possesses good separating perfonnance,and can satisfy the requirement of high flux and high GOR wells.
