考察了放大制备的器外预硫化型MoNiP/7-Al203催化剂的催化裂化柴油的加氢脱硫(HDS)、加氢脱氮(HDN) 性能,并与传统的器内预硫化的MoNiP/7-Al203催化剂作对比。结果表明,在氢压为8.0 MPa,氢油体积比为570,反 应温度为310 ,体积空速为1.9 1T1的条件下,器外预硫化催化剂的加氢脱硫性能和加氢后柴油的十六院值提高值 均与器内预硫化催化剂基本相当,而其加氢脱氮性能略低。X射线衍射(XRD)与高分辨透射电镜(HHTEM )分析表 明,器外预硫化催化剂的MoS2活性相对并不完善,导致其加氢性能以及加氢脱氮活性相对较低。 |

The ex-situ presulfided MoNiP/7-Al203 catalyst was scale-up prepared and a pilot test for its hydrotreating performance of FCC diesel oil was also undergone. A conventional in-situ presulfided MoNiP/7-Al2 03 catalyst was selected as the comparison. The following are the processing parameters: H2 pressure is 8.0 MPa, ratio of H2 to oil is 570,reaction temperature is 310 T! and volumetric space velocity is 1.9 h_). Under above conditions, ex-situ presulfided catalyst shows similar HDS activity and cetane number boost of treated diesel oil but a little weaker HDN activity than that of in-situ presulfided catalyst. XRD and HETEM analysis results show that the ex-situ presulfided catalyst shows weaker MoS2 active phase, which results in its lower hydrogenation activity and lower HDN performance. |
