超短半径径向水平井转向机构仿真研究

摘要:
困扰径向水平井钻进的主要问题之一是钻杆弯曲转向前进运动困难,为此采用ANSYS仿真软件对转向器系 统构成、滑道截面形状和轨迹、材料模型、约束载荷进行了系统分析,建立了仿真模型。仿真与实验数据对比表明所 建仿真模型是可行的。分析了滑道阻力变化对钻进的影响。结果表明,钻进失败的主要原因是钻头中心线与校直 中心线存在一定的角度,钻杆的前进轨迹偏离理论值,或与地层干涉或再次发生弯曲变形。钻杆与转向器滑道的接 触状况变坏,阻力大幅增加也是导致钻进失败的原因。

Research of simulation on steering mechanism used in ultrashort radius radial horizontal wells

Abstract:
The key problem in domestic test of the ultrashort radius radial horizontal well is that the drill pipe is difficult to move through the slideway of whipstock. A simulation model was developed for analyzing the structure of the steering device, the cross-section and the locus, material modeling and restrained load using ANSYS software. The model is feasible by contrasting the simulation data with the test data. The effects of the resistance variation of different friction coefficient on the drilling were analyzed. The results show that the first possible reason of the drilling failure is that there exists a certain angle between drill bit central axial line and straightening central line, the forward trajectory of drill pipe deviates from theoretical value or interference in formation and bending deformation are induced again. Another possible reason is that something enters into the slideway, which worsens the friction situation and increases the resistance.
