%0 Journal Article %T 海底管道中泡沫清管器接触应力有限元分析 %T Finite element analysis of contact stress of foam pig in submarine pipeline %A 曹宇光 %A 魏云港 %A 田宏军 %A 刘畅 %A CAO,Yuguang %A WEI,Yungang %A TIAN,Hongjun %A LIU,Chang %J 中国石油大学学报(自然科学版) %@ 1673-5005 %V 43 %N 6 %D 2019 %P 112-122 %K 海底管道; 泡沫清管器; 接触应力; 数值模拟 %K submarine pipeline; foam pig; contact stress; numerical simulation %X 为分析清管器在海底管道中的清洁能力,以泡沫清管器为研究对象,基于有限元软件ANSYS建立清管器与管道的3维模型,进行数值模拟,并通过与理论解析解对比以验证模型准确性。在此基础上,从清管器接触应力分布出发,对泡沫密度、管道椭圆度、清管器过盈量、管壁摩擦等影响因素进行研究。结果表明:清管器在无损的均匀直管内接触应力均匀分布、在椭圆管道内则呈“8”字型不均匀分布;接触应力随清管器过盈量的增大而增大,但过盈量对清管器表面接触应力分布形式无影响;管壁摩擦使得清管器表面轴向接触应力分布不均匀,且接触应力随摩擦系数增大而指数增大;清管器密度只影响接触应力大小,对接触应力的分布规律无影响。 %X In order to analyze the cleaning ability of the pig in the submarine pipeline, the foam pig was taken as the research object, and the 3D models of the pig and pipeline were established based on the finite element software ANSYS. The accuracy of the model was verified by comparing with the theoretical analytical solution. Based on this analysis, starting from the contact stress distribution of the pig, the factors such as the density of the foam, the ovality of the pipe, the magnitude of the interference and the friction of the pipe wall were studied. The results show that the contact stress is uniformly distributed in the nondestructive homogeneous straight pipe, but it is not uniformly distributed in the elliptical pipe shaped by the character "8". The contact stress increases with the increase of the magnitude of the interference, but the magnitude of the interference has no effect on the distribution form of the contact stress on the pig. The friction of the pipe wall makes the distribution of the axial contact stress on the surface of pig nonuniform, and the contact stress increases exponentially with the increase of the friction coefficient.
