%0 Journal Article %T 纳米碳/聚偏二氟乙烯高介电复合材料 %T Nano carbon/poly (vinylidene fluoride) composites with high dielectric properties %A 薛庆忠 %A 褚良永 %A 雷拓 %A XUE,Qing zhong %A CHU,Liang yong %A LEI,Tuo %J 中国石油大学学报(自然科学版) %@ 1673-5005 %V %N 5 %D 2013 %P 196-200 %K 多壁碳纳米管; 多层石墨烯; 化学修饰; 介电复合材料 %K multi-walled carbon nanotube; few layer graphene nanosheets; chemical modification; dielectric composites %X 以多壁碳纳米管及多层石墨烯作为添加剂与聚偏二氟乙烯基体复合,制备介电性能优异的纳米碳/聚合物复合材料。通过SEM,TEM,AFM,XPS,FT-IR等手段对添加剂的结构、成分及其在聚合物基体中的分散性进行了表征。对多壁碳纳米管进行羧基及酯基修饰后,提高其在聚合物基体中的分散性,复合材料的介电性能明显提高。对多层石墨烯进行强碱水热处理后,多层石墨烯表面羟基含量增加,多层石墨烯/聚偏二氟乙烯复合材料的导电阈值增加,复合材料的介电性能大大增强,表现出比碳纳米管掺杂的复合材料更加优异的介电性能。 %X Polymer based composites with high dielectric properties were fabricated with multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWNTs) and few layer graphene nanosheets (FLGs) acting as conductive fillers. Using methods such as SEM, TEM, AFM, XPS, FT-IR, the composition and structure of nano-sized carbon materials and their dispersion in the polymer matrix were measured and characterized. After carboxylic and ester functionalization, the composites show significant increase in dielectric constant due to improvement of the dispersion of MWNTs in the polymer matrix. After one-step alkaline-mediated hydrothermal treatment, hydroxyl content increases on the surface of the FLGs. The percolation threshold of FLGs/polymer composites increases accordingly and the composites show better dielectric properties than nano-sized carbon materials. %R 10.3969/j.issn.1673-5005.2013.05.029 %U http://zkjournal.upc.edu.cn/zgsydxxb/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx %1 JIS Version 3.0.0
